Very slow. Took a long time to get the food and I was barely warm. Hope it's not always like this.
What an odd experience. I came here for dinner. I was greeted I said I wanted to sit in the bar. There was no room at the bar. I sat at one of the tall boy tables. For 10 minutes talked to 2 bartenders 1 host and a server. Not one of them offered me a menu or really even acknowledged me. So I left I guess I'll go eat somewhere else. I'm not going to go out of my way to get acknowledged for service on a slow night. I'm moving on!
Cassy was a great host/waitress. Bright smile and menu knowledgeable.

Applebee's staff please listen - my wife and i were there today. it was my birthday. we don't go out often, so this was to be a treat. service was okay, food was great. but....the place was filthy. at first, we thought booth table was sticky because of damage by the sun through the window. not so. the drinks and desserts menus were splotched with food. the little game console on the table was nasty. my wife checked three other tables, same nastiness. the plate that the dip was brought on was with a big chip. nasty, dirty, and so easy to fix. my wife wanted to leave right away, but i didn't want all the upset. i am not a clean freak, but this was off putting. please just have somebody wipe down between diners. thank you.
They really took care of me. They served me quickly, food was tasty and they made sure the drinks we top of the line... If you see other comments with low grading for this restaurant, it might be because some people are not used to being around groups of young-urban African Americans which is racist in some sense. Just don't judge the people by the outside and be yourself. It will be fine.
