I had a deal that did not close as scheduled due to bank employee vacation taking precedent over customer. Bank communication with client was poor. The deal did utlimately close a couple weeks later.
I have dealt with this bank for years now. Services worked well for what I wanted to do. Friendly people and great service. Will definitely deal with them again.
