I did receive a flower arrangement, but it was not like what I described as what I wanted on the phone. It was also extremely overpriced for what quality of flowers were used. The flowers started turning brown within 24 hours after I received it. I emailed C & W and told them I was not satisfied with the flowers and explained my reasons, and I have gotten no response back after over a week. This company claims that they want you to be satisfied. but they do not mean it. If you order something from this company and you are unhappy with it, expect to just be ignored with no effort to rectify the situation. If you want a flower arrangement, I would go with someone else who stands by their work.
I bought my dad flowers for his birthday back in February they where beautiful looked beautiful on his head stone I will for sure be a returning customer. :-) I will be in Friday too pick some out for father day. Stuff is wonderful I got the chance to meet the owner that day sweet lady.
For the last 8 years my sister has taken care of my brother's grave as I live 6 hours away. This year due to a recent surgery she is unable to. I went into C & W and explained that I had little to no experience at arranging silk flowers. Not to mention I'll be doing this on the way to TN around 10 pm on a windy hill. They were kind enough to take the time to give me some helpful hints by showing me some of their techniques regarding triming down the green styrofoam to fit vase and placement of silk flowers around the bottom of arrangement. Including telling me what tools I would need and a reminder of taking a flashlight with me. I didn't catch the name of the lady who helped me...... but THANK YOU. Now I feel much better about honoring my brother at Christmas with some beautiful silk flowers that we purchased. She gave me all that advice not knowing whether I was purchasing from them or not.
