Came in around lunch time. Friendly hostess. Shot the shyt about how hot it was out. Pretty much told me I could sit anywhere. Grabbed a seat. Waitress was fast and to the point. Food came out Hot and delicious. Never let my glass get past half full. Almost done with my meal, was asked if there was room for dessert, I answered no. Was handed a bill. Paid and got a thank you hope to see you again as I exited the restaurant.
Nice people who have answers to your questions. Nice music, love the burgers. Even rest room was nice. Have to visit here more often. Want a quick meal, you can't go wrong here. BTW, the drinks are nice also.
Excellent Ruby Tuesday compared to others, and the staff is really accommodating and sweet. What stood out the most was (1) our server, Jessica J - take note, management! She deserves recognition ☺️ If I could steal her away for my own company, I would! We literally used to poach great servers for our customer service team back in the day. She understands the balance between creative problem solving, meeting or exceeding customer expectations, and staying reasonably within the boundaries of her job's requirements all at the same time. - and (2) the beautiful salad bar! It was like a work of art... Everything not only appeared very fresh, but was displayed beautifully. There was a guy that kept checking it, so we got the impression that he might be the one responsible for its maintenance & appearance. If that's the case, then he deserves a shout out as well!
The manager tony was super nice. The salad bar was okay needed some ingredients changed with fresh ingredients. Waitress was nice. Food came out fast. But if they have a deal going on you can not use coupons or get free kids meals. So the sign is false advertisement because it doesn't say kids can eat free as long as you don't use a coupon or eat any limited time only deal. So be careful. Just plan to pay outrageous prices no matter what.
And then there's the actual food, which was excellent. We got a couple appetizers (potstickers & spring rolls) and they were delicious! Our only complaint was the price of the drinks... It's a bit overboard to charge nearly $4 for a non alcoholic drink and nearly $3 for a coke. They should be half the price they are.
Was there 2 watch My New Orleans Saints beat the Panthers...the food was just ok...had their Bloody Mary...it was pretty good...just need better choices of appetizers.....but the big plus was that it wasn't crowded like the other places around here.....
But aside from that, everything was great. Thanks to the staff for making our loooong road trip more enjoyable
